Youth Fitness & Tumbling
This course is a non-sport specific program that provides girls a FUN opportunity to be introduced to, participate in and learn STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY & TUMBLING exercises that will assist them in leading healthy lifestyles as well as provide skills needed for a multitude of sports.
ACTIVITIES – There will be multiple age appropriate strength and flexibility sessions including Yoga, Zumba, HIIT, Partner/Friend workouts, and one day per week dedicated to Tumbling.
April 17th – May 24th
Runs twice a week on Mondays & Wednesdays for 6 weeks

6th, 7th & 8th Grade ~ 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Cost ~ $75 (includes a t-shirt)
